VEGA
VEGA is a scenic movement articulated around four dancers who have as their main physical constraint the back and forth between two places: A circumvolution that takes the time to deposit anecdotes of body and state and a system space for sketching certain encounters and framing impressions of cohabitations.
In this common space, somewhere in inertia around you, VEGA’s trajectory is an orbit that potentially leads back to annihilation. From there, it is a parade of bodies that eclipse in costumes to emphasize the presence of absence. Sometimes it is also the absence of gesture, the time of a prose. In this endless return, we speak of “spaces between” carried by the sound track of Antoine Berthiaume; the space between the waiting and the impulse, gravity and vertigo, between here which will return there, etc.
